(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance service to the government authority located in Belvidere, NJ.– EAP provider will interface with the county designated EAP Program Coordinator.– Provide a summary of the brief short–term counseling services to be conducted by the EAP.– The 24–hour telephone access to the EAP.– Orientation meetings for employees and supervisors for the purpose of acquainting them with the EAP and encouraging them to utilize EAP services.– The county regarding informational materials (brochures, posters, etc) concerning EAP services for distribution to county employees.
