(1) Vendor needs to provide renovation services to the government authority located in Ocean City, MD.– Provide demolition and removal of the following existing structures and site elements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.– Existing building structure and foundation.– Existing deck structure and foundation.– Existing shed(s) and foundation.– Existing sidewalk and curbing.– Existing water service lateral and meter.– Existing sanitary sewer service lateral and cleanout.– Existing trees designated for removal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
