Vendor needs to provide cloud–based background and recruitment electronic file management system.– Centralized digital platform to manage recruitment applications, background investigations, and related documentation for sworn and civilian positions.– Looking for a Software to improve and evolve the current online end–to–end application management process for our sworn applicants.– The system should also allow for transition from a paper background file process for our civilian applicants to an online end–to–end application management process.– Interested offerors should possess demonstrated experience providing, implementing, and supporting secure electronic recruitment, applicant tracking, background investigation, and file management systems for public–sector or public–safety organizations.– Provide a comprehensive, secure, and user–friendly cloud–based system.– Upload, store, categorize, and retrieve applicant documents.– Applications, background reports, identification, and correspondence.– Support for multiple file formats (PDF, Word, image files, etc.).– Store written exam results, linked to the candidate record.– Store agility testing results by uploading remotely.– Full end–to–end, online application process management.– Self–service portal access for candidates to enter data, upload documents, and review information and content.– Self–Service allows candidates the option to withdraw their application.
