(1) Vendor needs to provide offender writing development services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. – Facilitate writing and communications labs as well as courses, designed to provide the offender population with opportunities to publish approved student work in a quarterly newspaper.– Improve their writing, meet college–level expectations, and learn to develop content into publication–worthy formats.– Writing and journalism programming delivered.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.
