(1) Vendor needs to provide utility network implementation system to the government authority located in Garland, TX. • Comprehensive, integrated implementation of its next–generation electric GIS and design environment.• Migration from existing geometric network data to the ArcGIS Utility Network (UN).• Implementation of ArcGIS enterprise.• Utility Network migration approach.• ArcGIS enterprise and ArcFM XI implementation approach.• Support applications that exist on–premises, cloud, or hybrid deployments which rely upon GIS data.• Implementation and configuration of schneider electric ArcFM XI platform.• Data migration and validation methodology.• Data migration, testing, training, and go–live support.• Utilize ArcGIS enterprise and utility network as the foundational platform.• Maintain a single authoritative system of record within the utility network.• Support branch versioning and multi–user editing workflows.• Maintain full network topology, connectivity, and data integrity.• Support secure, scalable, and auditable enterprise deployment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
