The engine assemblies have been designated a critical safety item. Therefore, this will be a limited competition among the companies listed on the technical data requirements (TDR).The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103–1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
