SR 20 & CR 83A W Intersection Signalization Improvements – Materials Only

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project,” consists of the procurement and delivery of mast arms, traffic signal poles, and associated signalization components for the SR 20 and CR 83A W (West Bay Loop) Intersection Signalization Improvements Project. No construction or installation work is included in this solicitation. Location: Delivery to Walton County Purchasing Warehouse at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL. Final mast arm delivery location to be coordinated based on schedule. Project Time: This is a materials-only procurement. Along with all other items listed in this ITB's Section 5 - Vendor Submissions, Bidders are required to submit a proposed delivery schedule for all materials, with final delivery to be completed within a timeframe mutually agreed upon with the County, commencing from the Purchase Order issuance date. This agreement will be reached prior to Purchase Order issuance and will factor in identified long lead time items. All deliveries must be completed as soon as possible in support of the construction phase and in compliance with Florida Defense Infrastructure Grant Agreement S0238.
