(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and trails professional consulting services to the government authority located in Mason, MI. • Trails and parks millage community grant applications:– Evaluate applications for the agency trails and parks millage grant program applications.– Project audit• Engineering and GIS assistance:– Assist with updates to agency park and trail maps, park utility maps for ongoing park projects, conceptual plans, cost estimates, and other agency projects as needed.– Assist with field studies pertaining to bridge evaluations according to agency standards.• Assists agency with writing and reviewing various documents.• Reporting, meeting and project assistance:– Assistance with reports within agency which can include capital improvements, wayfinding signage, comprehensive reports, and any other studies or reports the parks department would need assistance with.• General consulting services: – Wayfinding signage, cost estimating, and planning for park projects related to grants and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) initiatives, as well as other services as needed by park staff to support the planning and implementation of trail– and park–related projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
