(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based driver modernization system.– Provide, implement, and then maintain and operate a modernized driver license system on a web–based platform administration system.– Provides all functionality necessary to retire the existing mainframe driver license system, while developing integrations to and maintaining use of other non–mainframe applications.– Replace the legacy mainframe driver license system with a modern, vendor–supported web–based application that improves business process efficiencies with minimal customer disruption and is scalable and responsive to change.– Provide all driver licensing functionality in a single, vendor–supported platform with a common user experience for staff.– Deliver an intuitive solution that supports law enforcement with real–time search capability and provides management with daily business intelligence for reporting and auditing.– Provide an electronic workflow that generates digital copies of letters, forms, and notices that are sent from the system and stores them in the document management system with integration to the document management system from the Vendor's system to support viewing and retrieval of documents previously generated.– Provide a solution to support driver license that fully complies with state and federal laws and regulations.– System must support all driver license types, identification cards, undercover credentials, mobile DL/ID, driver history, points tracking, medical review, insurance compliance, handicap placard program, investigations, notifications, data extraction, online access, system integrations, and full data migration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7,2026.
