(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence legal assistant platforms.• AI legal assistant platforms capable of supporting agency legal operations.– Four Functional Areas:• Autonomous end–to–end execution of high–volume legal tasks without step–by–step attorney direction.• Bulk analysis and cross–document synthesis of large document sets.• AI–powered legal and regulatory research.• Integration with the agency's existing document management and productivity platforms.• User adoption and usability: Evaluate attorney adoption, usability, and perceived productivity impact across a representative pilot user group through structured use case scenarios and post–evaluation survey.• Implementation readiness: Identify configuration requirements, integration complexity, training needs, and implementation timeline estimates to inform a production deployment decision.• Bulk Document Analysis & Synthesis: Capability to ingest, analyze, and synthesize findings across large document sets (target: ≥5,000–100,000 documents per session) in formats including PDF, Word, and common DMS exports.• AI Legal Drafting & Document Analysis: Capability to assist attorneys with document drafting, contract analysis, clause comparison, and memo generation. Should support iterative refinement and attorney–in–the–loop review workflows.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
