(1) Vendor needs to provide process improvement consulting service to the government authority located in Kingston, NY.– A comprehensive evaluation and redesign of the county’s contract development and execution process.– Workflows, documentation, staffing, and technology; benchmark practices against peer jurisdictions; and deliver a phased set of recommendations that include improvements achievable within current resources and long–term modernization strategies for future investment.– Stakeholder analysis  (2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
