EXTRA-73464 - USA (Gonzales, Louisiana) - Extension Project Independent Technical Review Service - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide extension project independent technical review service to the government authority located in Gonzales, LA. – Provide all necessary review related services for developing design plans for the purchase, relocation of utilities, and construction of the roadway for the LA 3127 Extension project. – Consultant shall be responsible for the technical evaluation of engineering analyses, calculations, plans, specifications, estimates, special provisions, and all other documents necessary for development of the final contract documents.– Review services may include, the following submittals: traffic analysis, topo survey, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), geotechnical investigation, environmental documentation, preliminary roadway and bridge design plans, final roadway and bridge design plans, right–of–way determination, right–of–way mapping, right–of–way acquisition, utility coordination, utility relocation support, specifications, and cost estimates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
