(1) Vendor needs to provide private music instruction services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Providing high–quality individual private music instruction to students through the agency arts endowment fund.– Services will consist of one–on–one music instruction across a variety of instruments and musical disciplines, with an emphasis on developing students’ technical skills, musicianship, confidence, and artistic growth. – Instruction should be engaging, student–centered, and tailored to each student’s experience level, individual needs, and musical goals. – Services will be coordinated with the district and participating school sites to enhance students’ music education and provide meaningful opportunities for continued musical development.(2) a mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
