(1) Vendor needs to provide architect services to the government authority located in Woodbury, NJ. – Prepare a Schematic plan for review– Prepare estimate of cost after schematic plan is accepted.– Meet regularly to keep everyone informed of progress & to review comments & questions.– Review all payment requests by the contractor and compare with actual job performance.– Availability of In–House and contract resources.– Quality control and assurance programs.– Review and inspect punch list correction work.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
