FIRE-1765 - USA (Bridgeton, Missouri) - Fire Suppression Maintenance Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression maintenance services to the government authority located in Bridgeton, MO.• Repairs, recharging, refilling and other tests to fire extinguishers in accordance with current NFPA codes.• Loaner extinguishers are at no charge to the college while units are being serviced. Contractor must leave loaner extinguishers of like protection when college extinguisher removal is required.• Monitor extinguisher expiration dates and contact campus representative to schedule inspection/testing/certification in time to avoid certification expiration.• Record all existing extinguisher locations when they are serviced.• Annual inspections of FM–200 or similar systems per current NFPA/OSHA standards.• Repairs to suppression systems in accordance with current NFPA codes.• Complete safety reports as per NFPA/OSHA requirements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
