EXTRA-78036 - USA (Buffalo, New York) - Multi Function Device Support Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi function device support services to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY. – To provide Managed Print Services (MPS) and Multifunction Device (MFD) Support Services for its fleet of multifunction devices. – The selected contractor will provide comprehensive fleet management and support services, including proactive device monitoring, break/fix maintenance, consumables management, asset lifecycle management, installation and relocation services, reporting, and continuous optimization of the print environment. – The engagement supports approximately 460 contracted devices and includes support for designated networked and non–contracted devices. – Services will include dedicated onsite support personnel, factory–trained Ricoh–certified technicians, fleet–wide monitoring, ServiceNow–based incident management, preventative maintenance, toner and parts management, inventory tracking, quarterly business reviews, training, and strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. (2) The contract period will be three years.
