FIRE-1896 - USA (Rancho Cordova, California) - Fire Alarm Control Panel and System Repair Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm control panel and system repair services to the government authority located in Rancho Cordova, CA. – Complete System Reprogramming: The Government does not possess the administrative passwords or the original compiled database program for the existing Gamewell–FCI E3 panel.– System Core Component Replacement: Provide and install fully compatible Gamewell–FCI E3 Series components to clear all existing panel faults.– Contractor Programming Responsibility: The contractor is solely responsible for all system programming required to resolve faults, update device labels, and adjust software behaviors on the Gamewell system.– Network Module Verification and Replacement: Verify if the existing Building 19 fire alarm network contains any RPT–E3–UTP Network Repeaters or FML–E3 Fiber Loop Modules.– Ribbon Cable & Hardware Troubleshooting: Replace the damaged FACP ribbon cable and all necessary control boards. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve the persistent panel and device tamper faults that remain active after cable reconnection.– Wireless Honeywell Gateway Installation: The contractor shall furnish and install a new Honeywell HON–CGWMBB CLSS Gateway / Cellular Communicator.– Ansul System Interlock: Wire, link, and integrate the existing kitchen Ansul fire suppression system into the building's main Gamewell fire alarm panel.– NFPA–Compliant Maintenance Requirement Plan: This plan ensures all component testing, calibration, and software.configurations preserve system reliability without interfering with post–wide active monitoring.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid Conference will be held on September 21, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
