Vendor needs to provide civil engineering services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• The design consultant will perform all Civil engineering services and construction administration required to achieve substantial completion.• Consisting of site surveys to research and review existing site conditions and restrictions, soil investigations as a reimbursable expense as well as on site investigation and field measurements to assess capabilities for best optimum usage.• All architectural, surveying, plumbing, fire protection/fire alarm, resident security, landscape architecture, geotechnical, utility coordination and design, communication design, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering.• The Schematic Design and upon authorization from the owner, the Engineer shall proceed with Design Development Services.
