(1) Vendor needs to provide business process mapping system.– This system will serve as the county’s new enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) platform replacing the county’s existing PeopleSoft system.– Provide business process mapping services for the county’s human capital management replacement project.– The county's independent business process documentation and process architecture consultant throughout the Oracle implementation lifecycle.– Provide independent business process documentation, business process analysis, business process transformation, and process governance services in support of the county's oracle fusion cloud implementation.– The full enterprise process architecture hierarchy: level 0 (enterprise value chain), level 1 (end–to–end process), level 2 (sub–process), level 3 (detailed process/activity), and level 4 (task/work instructions) as applicable.– Business processes are documented, maintained, and updated throughout the oracle implementation lifecycle.– To‑be process mapping documentation reflecting oracle fusion cloud HCM and EPM solutions.– A proposer with demonstrated experience supporting large–scale human capital management (HCM), and cloud transformation initiatives.(2) The contract period will be for two years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
