HVAC PM, Repairs and Replacement

It is the intent of the Pinellas County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Pinellas County Utilities Department to establish a contract for a full-service comprehensive monthly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance program for the HVAC equipment, as well as HVAC equipment replacement located in Pinellas County. The purpose of this contract is for an HVAC contractor to perform preventative maintenance, provide repair services on equipment, and replacement of equipment at various Pinellas County (County) locations. The contractor shall be responsible for keeping equipment in proper working order either through appropriate preventative maintenance, inspection, repairs, and/or replacement. If a catastrophic equipment failure occurs, the Contractor will notify the department and provide replacement proposals for review by the designated Contract Manager.
