Товар, що є предметом цього Договору, не походить з російської федерації, республіки білорусь, ісламської республіки іран, тимчасово окупованих територій України. Товар, який Постачальник зобов’язується передати Замовнику, має відповідати вимогам до його технічних та якісних характеристик (Додаток 2) на момент його передачі Замовнику, а також протягом строку придатності (гарантійного терміну).
