CSE-24677 - USA (Haltom, Texas) - After-Hours Security Patrol Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours security patrol service to the government authority located in Haltom, TX. – The selected contractor shall provide security patrol services to help protect District facilities, vehicles, equipment, and other assets, while maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the contract term. – Security coverage shall be provided during the following hours:• Weekdays: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM• Weekends: 24–hour coverage from Friday at 6:00 PM through Monday at 6:00 AM• District Holidays: Continuous 24–hour coverage on designated District holidays– Patrols shall include observation for unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, tampering, fuel theft, property damage, suspicious activity, and other conditions that may threaten agency property or operations.– The Contractor shall maintain a quality assurance program to monitor officer performance and compliance with contract requirements.– The Contractor shall utilize or propose electronic technology capable of documenting patrol activities and verifying officer presence at designated locations.– The Contractor shall maintain uninterrupted coverage during all scheduled service hours and provide qualified replacement personnel for no–shows, absences, illness, emergencies, employee turnover, or other circumstances that prevent an assigned officer from reporting for duty.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
