(1) Vendor needs to provide tennis court rehabilitation and reconstruction project services to the government authority located in South Fulton, GA.– Contractors to rehabilitate and reconstruct four existing tennis courts.– Construction schedule shall account for design and engineering, permitting, submittal review, procurement, demolition, earthwork, drainage, aggregate base preparation, post–tension concrete construction and curing, acrylic surfacing, fencing, lighting if awarded, testing, inspections, punch list, and closeout.– Construction schedule identifying design, permitting, submittals, procurement, demolition, earthwork, drainage, concrete placement, post–tensioning, curing, coating, fencing, lighting, testing, inspections, punch list, and closeout activities.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
