(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.– Provide professional accreditation consulting, compliance management, policy development and review, training support, and related professional services necessary to maintain compliance with applicable accreditation standards.– Provide web–based training modules and related reporting capabilities for all personnel of the County, including sworn personnel, civilian personnel, and dispatch personnel.– The training platform shall:– Be delivered through a web–based learning management system.– Provide completion tracking and reporting capabilities.– Maintain employee training records and course history.– Provide certificate generation capabilities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
