(1) Vendor needs to provide research and engagement on deforestation and conversion–free supply chains service. – A consulting firm to support the development of strategic recommendations for advancing deforestation– and conversion–free soy supply chains in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.– The consultant will also identify potential opportunities to combine efforts across these thematic areas to develop more integrated solution pathways.• Analytical and Thematic Expertise: Demonstrated experience analyzing jurisdictional approaches, producer remediation/re–entry, traceability, and environmental risk management in agricultural value chains.• Sustainable Finance Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sustainable finance, financial instruments, and mechanisms supporting sustainable soybean production and agricultural value chains, including agency–related initiatives.• Stakeholder Engagement and Regional Experience: Demonstrated experience engaging financial institutions, producers, private–sector actors, and other relevant stakeholders, with relevant experience in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
