MEDI-7953 - USA (Bruceton Mills, West Virginia) - RFI for Optometrist Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide optometrist services to the government authority located in Bruceton Mills, WV.– Provide evidence acceptable to the clinical director of recent testing for tuberculosis of other communicable diseases.– Diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye diseases as well as helping to facilitate the management of related systemic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, sexually transmitted diseases, and rheumatologic conditions.– Performing minor surgical procedures including, but not limited to, anterior segment foreign body removal and suture removal.– Completing ocular tonometry exams and full visual field tests.– Properly processing and documenting examination results into the patient electronic medical record as well as assisting in audits and reviews of records.– Providing services may require a significant amount of physical exertion, including walking, bending, and periods of sitting and standing lasting for two to three hours at a time. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
