(1) Vendor needs to provide security system upgrades services to the government authority located in Gilroy, CA.– Provide design, furnishing, installation, integration, testing, training, and support services for security systems upgrades.– Provide upgrades to detention–related systems, which may include:– Electronic door control and monitoring.– Closed–circuit television (CCTV) surveillance systems– Centralized control interfaces and workstations– Camera call–up integration with intercom and control events– Event logging and reporting capabilities– Networked system architecture with cybersecurity protections– Provide centralized control and monitoring from designated locations.– Support visual call–ups when intercoms or control points are activated.– Maintain detailed, time– and date–stamped logs of system events.– Provide secure web–based access that allows authorized users to access system controls and monitoring functions from approved workstations, tablets, or other authorized devices.– Provide reliable real–time monitoring, appropriate video storage and retrieval capabilities, and integration with the facility’s overall security and detention control systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A pre–bid walk–through will be held on August 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
