(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.• The Facilities and Real Estate Management Department has over four hundred fifty (450) buildings in its portfolio that are occupied by multiple city departments for which it is responsible to provide planning, improvement, maintenance, repair, and renovation services as needed and requested. • Upon agreement of the scope of work, the selected firm will submit a proposal to include design, preparation of necessary construction documents, construction administration services and project closeout(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
