Citywide Sewer System Cleaning and Maintenance Services

The City of San Marino ("City") is requesting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals for RFQ/RFP Project ID for Project Title . All submittals are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Proposals received after the referenced date and time will not be accepted. Potential respondents should subscribe to the City's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofsanmarino . Upon logging into the portal and navigating to this Project, the potential respondent can "Follow" this Project to have their names placed on the Followers List for this Project, which will be used for the distribution of notifications regarding any and all Addendum/Addenda or Notifications issued by City. Potential respondents are therefore encouraged to electronically "follow" this Project as soon as possible. Failure to follow this Project on the City's OpenGov Procurement portal shall constitute a presumption of receipt and election to not respond to this Request for Proposals, and the party’s name will not appear on the Followers List. The City of San Marino is a general law city incorporated in 1913. As a small City with a population of approximately 13,000, certain engineering, technical, maintenance, and other services are typically performed by outside consultants working with City staff. The Public Works Department is responsible for the City's wastewater collection system, which includes approximately 51 miles of sewer mains, manholes, and three lift stations. As part of this agreement, the selected contractor will provide cleaning and maintenance services as described in this solicitation.
