Lead Entity for Community-Based Nonprofit Capacity-Building Initiative

The County of Sacramento is soliciting qualifications from experienced and mission-aligned organizations to serve as the Lead Entity responsible for implementing a comprehensive community-based nonprofit capacity-building initiative. This initiative is designed to strengthen the internal infrastructure and service delivery capacity of medium-sized community-based nonprofits, which are critical partners in advancing County priorities. The overarching goal is to foster long-term sustainability in the nonprofit ecosystem and deepen impact in under-resourced communities. The Lead Entity will be responsible for implementing the plan outlined in this RFQ, including establishing infrastructure, supporting selected nonprofits, coordinating technical assistance, and tracking outcomes over a 24-month program period.
