CSE-24711 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Security Guard Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Provide alternate option that extends the same patrol service to capital terrace as a separate service location. – Provide a visible security presence through regular foot patrols, observe and report suspicious or unauthorized activity, deter loitering and trespassing, and respond appropriately to incidents. – The parking garage is a secondary patrol area and is not the primary focus of this assignment.– Complete a daily activity report for every shift. at a minimum, each report shall identify the guard, date and shift hours, patrol times and areas, observations, contacts, actions taken, and any unresolved follow–up item.– Provide an option for a guard tour system.– Prepare a separate detailed incident report for any event involving police, fire, emergency medical services, violence or threats, suspected criminal conduct, significant property damage, resident injury, or another serious occurrence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
