MRB-56972 - USA (California) - Special Event Production Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special event production services.– This event is the flagship of over 15+ community events throughout the fiscal year and has garnered much attention and community support through partnerships and fundraising opportunities for 3rd party community groups.– The seeks a contractor to provide logistical and professional support as the event continues to develop into a regional attraction.– Logistical Support including:– Generators for electricity (everything but the carnival rides).– All vendor tents, seating tents, info booth tent, etc.– Tables (with table covers) and chairs as needed or warranted.– Panel fencing as needed or warranted.– Bicycle racks as needed or warranted.– Parking staff.– Security staff.– Trash staff (responsible for emptying all trash cans during event).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
