(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated publication supply chain and revenue management service.– Provide publication services for the national resource center for the first–year experience and students in transition.– Production of scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides:• Provide production services (print, eBook, and accessible web PDF’s) for all new titles (scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides) using camera–ready copy.• Provide dual imprint services (i.e., print both the logo and the service provider’s logo on all new titles (scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides).– Distribution of scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides:• Maintain and increase the footprint in our sales markets and core constituencies and offer a set of tools to build out the workflow and the new service provider.• Develop an individualized presence for all publications on the service provider’s website and work closely to advance its own editorial program.– Warehousing of all current and future inventory;• Provide a climate–controlled warehouse space adequate to accommodate current inventory and future growth projected at 3–5 new titles per year.• Provide inventory control system to include monthly electronic inventory reports.– Direct–to–consumer sales:• Design and maintain a complete, ADA compliant shopping cart system with a compliant payment gateway to facilitate online, credit card sales of publications and subscription items.• Provide platform to sell eBook or webPDF files within shopping cart system and authorize customers to access purchased files through remote electronic access; download an initial copy, at or after the time of purchase.– Account management:• Provide access to a dedicated account representative who can respond to inquiries from the within forty–eight hours or two business days.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
