(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical revenue billing services and solution.– Billing solution designed for EMS and fire agencies that are not limited to billing, collection, financial reporting, and analytical services; with the option to provide a professional billing service to manage the complete revenue cycle for EMS run by certified billing professionals.– Solution must be a multi–tiered security module that meets HIPAA guidelines and offers invoicing, account advisement, and reconciliation with advanced reporting capabilities in a single enterprise solution while delivering interoperability within ImageTrend systems.– Ability to electronically receive and process ePCR data from ImageTrend Elite or equivalent systems.– Ability to automate claims creation, submission, and tracking workflows.– Ability to support Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, self–pay, and third–party payer billing– Ability to provide dashboard and analytics capabilities for revenue tracking and trend analysis(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
