EXTRA-74438 - USA (Kittery, Maine) - Comprehensive Plan Update Service - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update service to the government authority located in Kittery, ME. – To assist with timely completion of the Town’s decennial Comprehensive Plan Update.– The Consultant will assist staff and the committee with completing the project by developing Plan goals and strategies, preparing draft and final Plan text and graphic documents, deploying a variety of public engagement tools, facilitating interactive and engaging public meetings including workshops and presentations to Planning Board and Town Council, and other tasks as agreed to by both parties and in conformance with State requirements for amending Comprehensive Plans.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
