CONS-22911 - USA (North Carolina) - Design-Build Services for Permanent Supportive Housing Project - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services for permanent supportive housing project to the government authority located in North Carolina. – Provide integrated preconstruction, design, permitting, pricing, coordination, construction, and closeout services.– Due Diligence and Existing Conditions: Perform site reconnaissance, data collection, utility coordination, code review, and assessment of permitting, accessibility, environmental, and requirements.– Programming and Concept/Schematic Design: Develop concept alternatives showing building locations, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, utilities, drainage, parking, landscaping, and directly related site improvements.– Construction Documents and Permitting: Prepare complete, coordinated construction documents suitable for permitting, review/approval, subcontractor procurement, and construction.– Construction Execution and Administration: Manage submittals, RFIs, schedule updates, pay applications, change proposals, inspections, testing, meetings, safety coordination, and quality control.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
