CONS-24130 - USA (Mead, Colorado) - Wastewater Treatment Facility Engineering Services - Deadline October 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater treatment facility engineering services to the government authority located in Mead, CO. – As–needed technical support for ongoing operations and maintenance, including troubleshooting, operator coordination, project identification, and annual capital/budget planning. – Project management, coordination, scheduling, budget tracking, meeting facilitation, and progress reporting. – Site investigations and field verification of existing conditions, including process, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and architectural/HVAC conditions as applicable. – Process evaluations, hydraulic evaluations, capacity checks, equipment sizing, redundancy and reliability evaluations, and operational analyses appropriate to the project. – Alternatives analysis, preliminary engineering, basis–of–design memoranda, life–cycle cost analysis, energy evaluation, constructability evaluation, and recommendations. – Surveying, subsurface investigation, geotechnical services, utility coordination, materials testing, and specialty subconsultant services when required. – Review of available record drawings, O&M manuals, process data, permits, prior studies, maintenance information, and other Town–furnished records.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
