Das Niedersächsische Studieninstitut für kommunale Verwaltung e. V. schreibt den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung seiner Microsoft-365- und Microsoft-Azure-Umgebung als Managed Services neu aus. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen IT-Betriebs durch einen qualifizierten IT-Dienstleister (nachfolgend Auftragnehmer). Gegenstand der Leistung sind der Betrieb, die Administration, die Überwachung, der Support sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der nachfolgend beschriebenen Dienste. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt auf Basis der jeweils aktuellen Lizenz- und Nutzungsmodelle des Auftraggebers (insbesondere Microsoft-365- und Azure-Tenant).
