Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation system maintenance service to the government authority located in West Sacramento, CA.• Perform diagnostic of network communication and identify failure points.• Inspect, test, and perform diagnostic of supervisory control and field panel.• Verify that the current version of the tritium system by seimens, is installed, if it is not, contractor shall install the most current update.• Contractor shall perform any patching necessary to keep the software functioning properly. • Inspect the tritium system by seimens for any issues. • Test tritium system by seimens for clear communication between the computer and other circuit boards.• Inspect VAV controller status for normal operations and communications. • Ensure power supply voltage to the VAV controller has no transient noise or grounding issues present. • Inspect VAV controller board, connectors and terminals for overheating or corrosion. • Contractor shall inspect the carrier unit to ensure communication is intact within the unit and temperatures are properly monitored.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid walk through will be held on June 23, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
