TRAVEL-1849 - USA (Honolulu, Hawaii) - International Food and Beverage Exhibition Service in Tokyo, Japan - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide international food and beverage exhibition service in Tokyo, Japan to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– Provide services including to exhibitor recruitment, logistics, design and layout of the pavilion, lighting, signage, audio, manage pavilion set–up, assist exhibitors with booth, assist exhibitors with guidance regarding importing products to Japan, furniture and transportation needs, conduct after–show follow up surveys and serve as coordinator in Japan leading up to, during and after the trade show.– Agricultural, value–added food, and beverage products, as well as Japan’s regulations and policies on the importation and distribution of these products.– Design work shall include creating a complete booth layout showing: dimensions of all structures; placement of display panels; electrical outlets; lighting locations; and placement of furniture.– Tasks include hiring all labor and technical personnel; developing a detailed construction schedule showing daily tasks and assigned workers; monitoring progress against this schedule; ensuring all work complies with venue safety rules; inspecting all completed work for structural integrity and accurate installation.– Provide guidance to companies on travel arrangements including, but not limited to hotel selection and transportation to and from their hotel and the Tokyo international exhibition center.– Advice on marketing to Japan and trade show selling.– Plan, organize, provide and assist with the setup of each company’s booth.
