(1) Vendor needs to provide Drupal design and development services.– Services include Drupal development, ongoing site support and maintenance, User Experience (UX), design, content, analytics, digital strategy, and hosting.- Developing custom Drupal modules as needed.- Creating accessible Drupal custom theming, with related CSS and JavaScript.- Developing site enhancements or new features for our Drupal–based sites,- Managing future upgrades to Drupal core, installed modules and related systems, and deploying related code fixes as needed,- Providing our in–house developer access to all systems needed to push code into production and providing onboarding/training to familiarize him with the development process and tools used by your development team.- Supplementing our in–house developer with additional capacity and specialized expertise, functioning as his back–up when needed,– UX and related services — Provide resources, tools, processes and services that facilitate the understanding of the needs of our different audiences and help us improve their overall experience when using our sites. – Web design — Provide Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Level higher compliant designs for Drupal or other websites or site elements; provide pattern libraries/styleguides, wireframes, design mockups, icons or other graphic elements as appropriate,– Content services — Provide information architecture and content strategy consulting and related services, including content audits or inventories, writing and editing support, marketing, and guidance on search and answer engine visibility,– Digital strategy — Consulting, mentoring and/or services that help us analyze our overall website ecosystem and provide guidance for future planning and road mapping.– Provide a web interface to replicate the production database and/or files from production to development or test environments.– Provide Git hosting and integration for all hosted sites.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
