(1) Vendor needs to provide low–income multifamily efficiency program conservation services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.• Low–Income Multifamily Efficiency (LIME)serves low–income multifamily properties within its Low–Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP).• The LIME program aims to provide cost–effective, natural gas savings to low–income multifamily properties, including publicly subsidized housing, housing provided by mission–oriented charitable organizations, and other multifamily properties serving income–qualified populations.• Providing comprehensive, cost–effective weatherization services and improving gas–fired heating and hot water systems.• Raising awareness of energy conservation and encouraging energy–saving behavior.• Addressing an unmet market need in both individually metered low–income multifamily buildings, and master metered buildings.• Collaborating with public and private agencies that finance or manage income–qualified multifamily housing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
