ASM-2683 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Property Preservation Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property preservation services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Appoint a representative who will serve as the city contact for the length of the resulting agreement and any subsequent extension.– Use electronic forms of reporting job assignments, acceptance and completion of jobs using web–based software such as E–Property Plus.– Provide for any planning, organization, control, surveillance, and reporting of the overall agreement activities to ensure disciplined performance of work and timely application of resources.– Reinstall existing plywood and oriented strand board with securing methods.– Reinstall existing lumber.– Interior clean out.– Chipper shredder.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
