ITB #1118 - Postage Meters

This is an All or Nothing Bid. Bidders must submit pricing for each line item and that total will be used for evaluation purposes. See attachment for complete specifications. The deadline for vendor questions is 4:00 p.m. (ET) on July 17, 2026. All questions must be sent via Public Purchase. Questions about the bid sent via emails and/or phone will not be answered. Answers to any questions will be posted by 4:00 p.m. (ET) on July 22, 2026. Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has established an aspirational goal of 20% participation by business designated as LEDE. Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the Districts LEDE participation goals.
