(1) Vendor needs to provide common use systems. – Shall provide a turnkey Solution of the replacement of hardware and software systems that have reached their end of life, and for the day–to–day maintenance and support of Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS), Common Use Self Service Kiosk (CUSS), Biometrics, Application Programming Interfaces (API’s), Multi–Use Flight Information Displays (MUFIDS), Resource Management Systems and other 3rd party software necessary to support the Common Use systems in its entirety.– Will be responsible for Airline support, Preventative Maintenance (PM), hardware upgrades, software upgrades, licensing and warranties, equipment repairs, new equipment installation, printers, parts, supplies, paper stock, inventory tracking and ordering, and maintaining a stock room for agile response when failures occur,– Shared Use / CUPPS platforms supporting ticketing and gate operations.– Amadeus Airport Cloud Use Service (ACUS) including servers, clients, workstations, printers, keyboards with credit card/passport readers, and monitors.– ICM Biometric FacePods integrated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Traveler Verification Service (TVS) and airline Departure Control System (DCS) for biometric boarding (not at end of life; ongoing manufacturer coordination required).– CUSS (Common Use Self–Service) kiosks for passenger check–in, boarding pass and bag tag issuance (not at end of life; ongoing manufacturer coordination required).– MUFIDS, including but not limited to monitors, servers, display devices, controllers, cable management, and mounting hardware.– Flight Information Display System (FIDS) / Gate Information Display System (GIDS), Baggage Information Display System (BIDS) and Advertising Display Systems, supported by thin–client infrastructure and WiFi. Majority supported by thin–client infrastructure.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
