(1) Vendor needs to provide employee investigation legal services to the government authority located in Utah. • The selected firms will conduct prompt, impartial, thorough, and legally defensible investigations involving employee misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, policy violations, ethics complaints, workplace conflicts, and other personnel matters as assigned by the district. • Services may also include investigations involving administrators, licensed educators, classified employees, volunteers, contractors, and other individuals conducting business with the district.1. Workplace and employee investigations:– Conduct impartial, objective, and confidential investigations involving allegations of:– Employee misconduct.– Harassment and discrimination.– Retaliation.– Bullying or abusive workplace conduct.– Ethics violations.– Policy violations.– Conflicts of interest.2. Interviews and evidence collection:– Conduct interviews with complainants, respondents, witnesses, supervisors, and other individuals possessing relevant information.– Coordinate with district administration, human resources, risk management, legal counsel, and other designated personnel while maintaining investigator independence.3. Investigative reports:– Provide reports that are clear, objective, well organized, and suitable for administrative decision–making and potential legal review.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
