(1) Vendor needs to provide digital non–mydriatic retinal camera suitable services to the government authority located in Butler, PA.• Must be a digital, non–mydriatic fundus camera capable of capturing diagnostic–quality retinal images without dilating eye drops. • Must support adult and geriatric patients who can be positioned using a standard chin rest & forehead rest assembly. • Must provide a minimum 45–degree field of view for standard posterior pole imaging. • Must be capable of imaging pupils 4.0 mm or larger (or better). • Must produce high resolution color fundus images of diagnostic clarity. • Must include at least one additional imaging enhancement mode, such as red free, monochrome, or equivalent (vendor’s approach acceptable). • Must include image acquisition software compatible with the device. • Software must allow viewing, storage, basic annotation, and export of images. • Automatic or semi–automatic alignment, focus, and exposure features must be available to reduce operator burden, but the design/terminology of these features may vary by manufacturer.
