(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.• 24/7 toll–free phone access for all employees and their direct family members.• In–person and/or virtual support options.• Short–term counseling and consultation on a range of issues including but not limited to:• Stress.• Mental health.• Substance abuse.• Financial concerns.• Legal problems.• Family and relationship issues.• Depression.• Grief / loss.• Diagnostic evaluations, mental health assessments, and crisis intervention services.• Coordination with city HR for appropriate referrals when necessary.• Full top to bottom suite of workforce training and resources for supervisors and department heads.• Sessions may include, but not limited to topics like conflict resolution, identifying at risk behaviors, or managing employee wellness.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
