(1) Vendor needs to provide VMWARE foundation software renewal service. – Perform VMWare foundation software renewal services throughout agency. • Renew and expand agency’s VMware environment from 2,304 licensed processor cores to 2,688 licensed processor cores.• Maintain enterprise–class support, lifecycle management, and operational continuity across the health system.• Engage a qualified authorized reseller and professional services partner to provide licensing, support, and consulting services.• VMware licensing requirements:– Provide VMware/Broadcom virtualization platform licensing for a minimum of 2,688 processor cores across production, test, development, and disaster recovery environments– Include virtualization management, operations management, monitoring, automation, analytics, and cloud management capabilities– Map existing VMware licensing to current Broadcom VMware licensing models and product bundles– Include software subscriptions, entitlements, license management, support, updates, patches, and version upgrades throughout the contract term– Provide scalability to accommodate organizational growth over the next 36 months• VMware Horizon Assessment• Support services: Provide comprehensive production–level support.– Include 24x7 support for critical production incidents• Assist with licensing assessment, transition planning, implementation support, optimization, and strategic infrastructure planning• Perform a comprehensive assessment of hosts, processor counts, clusters, management platforms, support status, utilization, and licensing assignments• Develop a detailed migration and implementation strategy.• Conduct infrastructure health assessments and capacity planning reviews.• Training and knowledge transfer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
