CONS-24198 - USA (Florida) - Design Build Services - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design build services to the government authority located in Florida. 1. Preconstruction phase:– The team shall inspect, collect, correlate data and verify (Ground Truth) the information supplied in the in the initial design phase Site surveys (boundary and topographic information), wetland lines and species surveys are to be obtained by the team.– The DB team shall provide project design, permitting, and construction management personnel to meet the DB’s obligations for the bid package for the new Administration Facility, Water Resource Facility and Operations Center.– Perform value engineering and constructability reviews of design and specifications.2. Construction–Phase:– Establish and maintain the project field office to be used by the entire Project Team.– Secure necessary approvals, permits and utility coordination.– Prepare and provide a Facility Asset Management Record compatible with the City’s asset management platform, Cartegraph.– Prepare and submit all project records and as–built drawings in digital format to include AutoCAD drawings.– Maintain the project site including storm water runoff, dust control, removal of refuse temporary utilities, etc.3. Winter Haven Water Department:– Furnish existing studies and provide complete, accurate, and available data and information regarding the Project, including record drawings, preliminary studies, environmental impact assessments, etc.– Assist the DB team with the preparation of all governmental and other permit applications.– Oversee and provide as built record drawings of the off–site construction of water, sewer, reclaim and fiber utilities services to the site.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
